His more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry allowed Terry Seligman to recognize a unique opportunity in Navitus. Its unwavering commitment to transparency, stewardship and performance positions Navitus on the path to become one of the country’s leading pharmacy benefit managers.

As President & CEO of Navitus, Terry provides enterprise leadership and strategic direction for Navitus to drive its steady growth. He is also responsible for external relationships, such as industry thought leader engagement, media interaction and potential and current client strategies and support. In collaboration with the Navitus Executive Management Team, Terry maintains the Navitus strategic plan and develops and directs the execution of its goals and policies.

Before joining Navitus, Terry was the National Pharmacy Practice Leader at Deloitte Consulting in Medina, Minn. In this position, he was a senior subject matter expert in strategic and tactical deployment of life science and health plan initiatives, including pharmacy benefit management (PBM), managed health care organizations, provider systems, pharmaceutical companies and all segments of pharmacy practice. Prior to his experience with Deloitte Consulting, Terry was Vice President of Pharmacy at UPMC Health Plan in Pittsburgh, Pa., where he worked in the insurance division of the $5 billion medical health system.

Terry holds a master’s degree in business administration from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, and a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Iowa.
