Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Byron Mickle oversees and provides executive leadership to the Sales and Marketing departments at Navitus. Since Byron joined Navitus in 2007, his leadership has helped catapult the organization's managed members from half a million to over six million. To continue to meet the market demand for transparency and affordability, he works with the Navitus sales team to advise potential clients and consultants on the Navitus model. During Byron's tenure at Navitus, he championed the development of Navi-Gate® 3D, an industry-leading data analytics and reporting tool that offeres unprecedented customization and analytical power to clients in an easy-to-use graphical depiction. He also drove the development of ClearView Rx, and industry-friendly tool that illuminates PBM comparison for plan sponsors and consultants by accounting for various financial manipulations between different models. Byron draws on almost 35 years of health care experience, including 30 years in the PBM industry and 15+ years in exectuvie roles. Prior to joining Navitus, he held senior sales leadership positions at giants Express Scripts and Medco Health. With an intimate understanding of the traditional PBM model and broad PBM-industry experience, Byron has the knowledge and insight to demonstrate how Navitus contrasts with outdated, traditional models to provide clients with a superior, modern alternative. Byron holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
