With over 20 years in the health care and PBM industries, Pabich feels passionately about the model’s utilization throughout Navitus operations and the impact on plan sponsors and members.

At Navitus, Pabich is responsible for overall business growth. He formulates and executes business development plans in new and existing regions and provides leadership for the client services team. Utilizing a proven approach to maximize client satisfaction and deliver real value, Pabich ensures Navitus performance is aligned with each plan sponsor’s plan objectives and the best interests of their members or employees.

Prior to joining Navitus, Pabich worked for Jacobson Executive Search, an executive search firm, where he provided senior-level talent-acquisition consulting services to insurance and health care organizations. Before this, he held positions of National Account Executive with Medco Health Solutions, Inc. and Director of National Account Management for ProVantage Health Services. In both roles, Pabich’s responsibilities included account management and strategic planning functions which produced measurable organizational growth and business development. 

Pabich holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse.
